Warranty and Refund Policy

We guarantee complete satisfaction of your books, videos, subscriptions and other products and services or we will refund your money. Most products may be returned for a refund if they do not fully meet your expectations upon arrival.  Ebooks must be destroyed upon refund. For products, if you are unsatisfied within the first forty-eight hours upon arrival or within the specified warranty period, simply send the product in original condition back in its original packaging for a complete refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges. All orders returned after the forty-eight hour period are subject to a twenty percent restocking fee; we only accept returns during the first thirty days upon delivery or within the warranty period.

If you wish to cancel your order please notify us by email to service@greatmarketingplantips.com  before we have dispatched the goods or electronic files to you. Please state ‘Cancel’ in the email subject header title to request a Returns Number.

If you are requesting a refund, submit an email to us with your account information within the specified period. The title line should say “Request for Refund” and submit it to service@greatmarketingplantips.com. Please note that all materials must be fully destroyed and / or returned in their original condition before a refund can be issued. Providing a reason for the refund would be appreciated, but is not required.
